Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge within 14 days. After 14 days, Chase Monro Claims Ltd may charge £100 per hour including VAT for reasonable preparation, processing and submission work completed up to receipt of cancellation, plus applicable disbursements.

Any Chase cancellation charge is limited to reasonable circumstances and will be no more than would have been payable had the contract continued and full compensation been received. If termination occurs after a third-party compensation offer, or you reject an offer obtained in accordance with Financial Ombudsman Service guidelines, Chase may charge the service fee that would have applied if accepted.

If referred to Elmwood Law, Elmwood's separate engagement terms, cancellation rights and charges apply; Chase's £100 hourly rate does not apply to Elmwood work.
